One of the changes we’re making to the family home on our list of upgrades is replacing the laundry room floor. A few years ago I hid the ugly vinyl floor with peel & stick vinyl tile stickers that held up for about two years but now they’re peeling up in all the corners and don’t look so great anymore. It was a temporary solution and now I’m looking for a permanent one.
I love the idea of having a little fun with pattern on the floor and I’m looking at creating one with triangular, diamond, or rectangular tiles. I scoured the internet looking for inspiration and discovered some creative patterns formed with geometric tiles.
I love bold patterned floors especially in bathrooms and laundry rooms. I still love the tonal diamond hexagon pattern I installed in this kitchen. Below are a few contemporary installations that might inspire your next project in your color combo of choice.

I love all of these tiles and I’m so glad color is coming back versus all neutrals!
totally agree! color is happy and fun!
These are great!! I love seeing all the ways to lay them out. Thanks for the inspiration.
