It’s been quite a busy week since I returned from Florida. I’m in the process of staging our flip house project in Sonoma to finally get it listed and on the market by the middle of the month. I’ll be featuring both the kitchen and primary bathroom renovations very soon!
More exciting news… we made an offer on a house in Florida and it was accepted. Happy dance! I’ve been back and forth with our agent, providing paperwork to jump through all the legal and financial hoops. I’ll keep you posted on that new project assuming all goes well with the sale.
