I remember when I posted about taupe kitchen cabinets a few years ago and one of my clients loved the look so much she refinished her cabinets in a favorite taupe paint color (‘Pashmina’ by Benjamin Moore). That kitchen reveal is coming next month!
Escrow closes on Monday on my new fixer upper project. For this renovation, I want to install a combination of soft green and pale wood cabinets in the kitchen. Green cabinets are trending right now, but just because something is trending doesn’t mean it can’t also be timeless. What’s more timeless than green, it’s most of what we see in nature!

Where I’m leaning for my fixer upper’s kitchen remodel is this beveled Maura door style by Thomasville in the Julep color on the lower cabinets and Hawk stain on maple on the upper cabinets and shelves, paired with white quartz countertops.
