My week was sadly uneventful. I spent it doing technical things behind the scenes like upgrading my internet, syncing a new iPad, and applying for a real I.D. which will be required for domestic travel come October 1st. Exciting? Not.
But today I’m going on a hike above Baker Beach in San Francisco on a trail I’ve never been on. Fingers crossed the weather will be good enough to take in the views of the Golden Gate Bridge. Maybe I’ll get some good pictures. The fog is unpredictable in the city, but that won’t stop me from having a local adventure. :)

Indeed, Real I.D. Implementation has been delayed until late 2021. See this NY times article for more detail
