Weekend hellos everyone. I’m bracing myself for a the fact that a dozen ten year old girls are descending on my house tonight for a birthday party and sleepover. My daughter turns 11 today (that happened fast!). In truth, all those giggling girls are a delight. They’re entering the tween years and they are all so cute and funny and their sweetness is contagious so I’m looking forward to it.

My daughter is turning 11 in March and we are having a spa evening for her and a few of her friends :) I love this age, she and I are great friends and we are having fun planning her party. Time moves so fast, I am so grateful for her and her happy spirit.
The kitchen island is brilliant!
That desk idea is wonderful, for the kitchen!
