Hello, how are all of you? Like all of you I spent the week watching the election results roll in. I am just glad it’s over and we can focus our attention on other things and enjoy the holiday season.
I’m pulling out some decor and displaying it here and there in small doses. This week I’ll be helping a friend who owns a local store in my town create a holiday window display. I’m also pulling together gift ideas to share later this month, and I’ll be highlighting small businesses and independent makers this year, which takes a bit more research. Let me know in the comments if there are any Etsy shops or online small businesses I should include in my upcoming roundups!

I love to keep holiday magazines and relook at them each year. This morning I pulled out the 2011 BH&G Christmas Ideas magazine and guess who I saw!!! Your house was just as beautiful then as it is now!
