Today is the last day of school! It always makes for a crazy week, gathering up all the classroom materials, contributing to teacher gifts, etc. I’m excited for this summer, I’ll be traveling a lot and also working on the flip house, summer seems to fly by faster each year so my plan is to savor each day until before we know it, the kids go back to school in the fall. Cheers to the start of a great summer!

The “growing up in the age of likes” story is so saddening! Technology started really advancing when I was young, so I vaguely remember what it was like with nothing more than pagers and CD players!
Technology definitely has it’s benefits, especially as a blogger, I couldn’t do that without it! Still, it’s sad to think the amount of time kids (and adults) spend on it now, and that we get our validation through likes!
