We moved into new house a few months before I delivered twins and now that they are 3, and will be starting preschool in the fall, I am so excited to finally be able to add some color to my house. I went to a fabric shop near my house today to look for something just like the above fabrics to make new throw pillows and to recover my old ottoman. These fabrics will be perfect!!
Redo dining room chairs. Make gifts for Mother’s Day ( bags, aprons etc). My list of projects is growing and the time I have to head to the fabric store is shrinking (with a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old in tow.) :)
I would love to use this fabric to recover the seats of a set of antique dining chairs for my breakfast room! Ohhh I can already see the options.

I just finished a Heather Bailey apron for my sister-in-law, seriously just finished it about 15 minutes ago and it was her Christmas present. My next project with that awesome fabric would be some awesome pillows for the couch we are going to buy next week!
We moved into a new (much larger!) house 2 years ago and I just put curtains in our Master bedroom last week. Baby Girl #2 is on her way and due in June…I’ve concluded whatever I don’t get done in the next 8 weeks will not get done for 5 years. Now that being said…I quit my job when I had #1 so we’re on a very tight budget. 5 yards of fabric could go a long way in decorating our house. 3 rooms of focus will be the home office/craft room; nursery #2, and the master bedroom. Pillows, fabric covered boxes, roman shades, lamp shades…oh, I was also handed down an old table and chairs for the girls and would love to give it a fresh look with spray paint and modge podge fabric on the top of the table and seats of the chairs!

I always have a fabric project trotting in my head (or 2 or 10). Right now I’m thinking about a slipcover for the family room’s sofa. And maybe some throw pillows. And coordinating drapes. Nothing quite like a piece of a truly beautiful fabric to bring solids to life. A strip on a neutral shade drape, a throw pillow on an otherwise bland chair or sofa. Always something to make with fabrics :)

How I will use the fabric, by KLB: My only daughter is getting married this summer and heading off to grad school with her beloved. They will be student-poor newly weds, just 25 and 20. We are pulling together furniture and accessories so they have a cute home instead of “milk-crate furniture”.
We plan on making an upholstered round ottoman with a pattern I found in Southern Living magazine years ago.
We are both excited for the project!

I am new to sewing and I just ordered a small batch of fabric to make kitchen curtains. I would love some new fabric for the rest of the rooms in my house. I have been a HUGE fan of Waverly for years. My mom always sewed with their fabric. She made my first set of curtains from their line.
I have a tacky 1980s “fireplace conversation pit” that is in need of a jackhammer to remove it, but I think I will settle for new pillows to make it look less 1980s.
I LOVE Waverly fabric, always have. And boy do I ever have a list of projects that I could use them on: Recovering my dining room seat cushions, throw pillows, bulletin board, drapes for my 4-year-old son’s room, the list goes on and on. And that top row is right up my alley.

I am making baby quilts to donate to Children’s Hospital everytime my granddaughter goes in for surgery. She will have her 3rd surgery shortly, and she’s not yet two. She was born with a cleft lip/palate. I thought it was a easy fix – but it’s not!
