Hello hello, it’s ‘Best of the Blogosphere’ day, yay! I love to share my favorite projects and posts spied around the web every two weeks and Amanda always helps out with a few of her picks too, here’s our roundup, enjoy!
It’s another fantastic stenciled rug project – check out Sarah’s Moroccan style painted rug in fresh blue and white featured on The 36th Avenue, see the full tutorial on Sarah’s blog.
Summer brings out the lemonades stands, this chalkboard and white stand is simple and stunning, made by Jennifer of Dear Lillie. (Psst, she also turned it into this too.)

Speaking of chairs, this is a clever idea to recover an old seat, create a new woven seat cover with a drop cloth with Lilyfield Life.
Mandi created a faux bois pattern for her painted concrete floors. Stop by Vintage Revivals to see the step by step process.
Transform an ordinary hutch and watch your child’s imagination grow with this DIY play market at Kate’s Creative Space. Built for her produce shop loving son, it features custom produce bins made from IKEA storage pieces.

Thanks for featuring my garden Kate and Amanda! XO, Aimee
Kate and Amanda,
Thanks so much for the feature of my twin painted chairs. I’ve been using them for a couple weeks now and just love them in the kitchen! They are so easy to wipe down after each meal. Definitely kid-proof!
xo,
Jilly
Love the painted rug, great features!
Such great ideas! I really liked those twin chairs-love that style! I love the PVC pipe idea for storing garden tools but my favorite idea has to be that hutch turned produce shop!! What a great way to get children to be more interested and curious about produce. :)
Really great features Kate. I especially like the tool solution from Ashbee Design. We’re building a workshop and I’ve been scouring the blog world for ideas. I never would have thought to use PVC to corral those hoes and shovels! Have a great weekend.. Kathy
Such great creative ideas!
Thank you so much Kate & Amanda for the feature of my “barn” door project. I was scrolling down and about fell off my chair when I saw my project ;) such an honor to be featured with all these amazing projects!
Great round-up! I love the Moroccan style painted rug, and what a perfect idea for garden tool storage!!!
Thanks so much Kate and Amanda for featuring my drop sheet woven chair. I love your blog and am thrilled to be featured here! We have been away for the long weekend down in the Southern Highlands with no internet or phone coverage so this is a thrill to come home to!
cheers Fiona
Good morning Amanda and Kate, Thanks so much for including my PVC tool organizing idea in your BOTB series. I am honored to be here. I came home from visiting my brand new granddaughter to the feature. The joy of posts like yours is that it gets me thinking differently about materials and solutions. The blue door you featured is another example of changing what is there to make it better. Really a simple idea to make a much better door! Love it. Enjoy your day!
Thank you so much for featuring our lemonade stand, Kate and Amanda! We are so honored! You all are so sweet!
Hope you are having a fabulous week!
Love the garden!
