Good evening! What a great conversation going on with yesterday’s article, asking how you all feel about open shelving in kitchens. I’ve read every comment, a few of them funny, many of them informative, and so many opinions on both sides, thanks so much for sharing and keep ‘em coming! With such great feedback, I’ll be sure to write up another ‘Timeless or Trendy’ spotlight next week so we can all debate another topic some more.
I want to take a moment to introduce you to a few of my new sponsors. Please welcome The Inglenook Decor, a source for unique and stylish home décor. They have so many fantastic items for sale, from rugs to lighting to furniture to home accessories.

Announcing the three winners of the recent Cabinet Transformations Giveaway:

“I could win an ugliest kitchen cabinet contest! This would be a very cool win!”
“Just facebooked too! (fingers are crossed)”
Congrats to the winners, I’ve sent you an email, so be sure to provide me with your address ASAP to get a large kit shipped to your door.
Great news, the faux bamboo chest is all finished my friends, and it is fabulous! Come back later tonight to see it, I think you’ll like it.
Till then,
.
Congratulations on your new sponsors, Kate and congratulations to the three winners! Looking forward to seeing your faux bamboo chest and the color your chose.
Boooooo! I wanted this soooo much.
Well-deserved awards to the winners and very, very inspirational painting on the bamboo chest! Your new sponsors are so good at their crafts, too. Keep up the good work. I spent all day building a tiny Kitchen Island Addition,-Designed-To-Make- My-Orangey-Oak-Eighties Island… Look ..Sort Of…Tuscan. Or Parisian. Or Not Barry Manilow. Not That I Don’t Think Barry Is So Great. He Is! Err. He Was.
I Have To Go Now. Great Job though!!! You Rock! (I hope it’s not uncool to say “You Rock.”) Or “You Are So Far Out” or whatever.
Good job.
